Financial Bookkeeping
Good evening, ladies and gentlemen!
I just wanted to inform the members of the club that Dr. Harper and I are in the process of implementing a new way of keeping our financial records organized. The current system of keeping track of monetary transactions on the back of a checkbook will not personally work for me. The current plan is to set up an online system that will make life much easier for anyone inquiring about the money in the organization. Once the infrastructure has been finally given the green light, I will be sure to post procedures of how to collect money, spend money, and keep track of the money as an effort not to misplace any of our funds.
Until the system has been finalized, I just wanted to keep all SPS members currently updated on what is going on in our very own Treasury Department.
