SPS Meeting Minutes – 09/15/2023
The meeting was at 4:15 PM in 2038.
- Picnic on Sunday, September 24th from 2:00-5:00 PM in Shelter 2 at Lampkin Park.
- SPS will provide burgers, hot dogs, and some sides. Feel free to bring your own dishes to share.
- SPS will provide activities like Basketball, Horseshoes, and more. Feel free to bring your own activities to share.
- Members who do not have transportation to get to the picnic should put a message in the SPS GroupMe to arrange a ride to the picnic.
- SPS will be at the Ice Cream Social on Friday, October 13th from 2:00-4:00 PM.
- We still need to plan activities/demonstrations for the event. Open to suggestions for activities and volunteers to work the event.
- SPS shirt designs are still open. If no designs are submitted Isaiah will propose a shirt design.
- In planning:
- WiP/HAC/SPS Halloween event. Be prepared to dress up!
- SPS Chess tournament.
- South Lawn physics demonstrations.
