SPS Meeting Minutes – 4/12/2024
SPS met today and discussed the following:
- The SPS Picnic is tomorrow from 11:00 AM-4:00 PM at Preston Miller Park.
- Food and drinks are provided!
- White Squirrel Art Festival is next Saturday, April 20, from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM.
- SPS will bring various demonstrations.
- Volunteers should contact Isaiah; it is not necessary to be available for the entire event.
- The SPS Final Banquet will be in DSU at Nite Class from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM on Friday, April 26th.
- SPS Officer Nominations and Elections will happen in the next two weeks.
- Nominations are written on the board in the SPS room.
- If you have been nominated and are not interested in the position, erase your name.
- If a position has multiple nominees an election will be held from April 16-19, Tuesday-Friday, next week in the SPS room.
