SPS Meeting Minutes – 09/06/2024
Thank you all again for attending last week’s SPS meeting. If you weren’t able to attend last week’s meeting, we highly recommend attending the next one. Here are the topics that were discussed during the meeting.
- Upcoming Events for SPS –
- The SPS Picnic will be held Saturday September 21st, 2024 from 11 AM to 2 PM. At the moment, we are still trying to determine where we will host the picnic, and we will send out more information soon.
- SPS T-shirts –
- During the meeting we held a vote for the design that we would like for the T-Shirt.
- Price Quote: $10 dollars per person. We are also seeing if there is any interest in hoodies.
- Upcoming SPS Meeting –
- Next meeting will be Friday September 20th, 2024 at 3:00 PM in KTH 2038. Food and drinks will be provided. We strongly recommend coming to this meeting to get more information on the SPS Picnic that will be held the following day.
