The annual fall meeting is held in conjuction with the Kentucky Academy of Science annual meeting. The 2009 KAS meeting is November 13 and 14 at Northern Kentucky University.

The annual spring meeting will include physics workshops that can count as professional development for middle and high school science teachers. The KAPT vice-president for high schools, Mr. Kenny Lee of Warren Central High School in Bowling Green, will be organizing these workshop opportunities.
